Our Return Policy in short
- Contact Roz du Jour before returning any items.

- You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be in new condition.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- If selected returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing free of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount be refunded to you.
- Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify Roz du Jour within 48hrs of shipment delivery at email@example.com
- Items received after 14 business days, or not in their original condition will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our policy may also be subjected to a 20% restocking free. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Damage goods: please take a photo of the product and report it to firstname.lastname@example.org asap upon arrival date.
- NO Refunds for made to order, hand made leather sandals.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts by Roz du Jour and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Roz du Jour suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Roz du Jour will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Items received after 14 business days, or not in their original condition will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our policy may also be subjected to a 20% restocking free. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & precessing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS on all made to order, hand made leather sandals. Exchanges ok as long as there’s no sign of use. Buyer is responsible for return Shipping.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.rozdujour.com and it cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method. Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit never expires and is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Roz du jour is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Roz du Jour reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
